1. Installing Considerations

The installation and configuration of Filenize require a user with Salesforce admin access, SharePoint access, and Azure admin access. During the installation, you will be required to manage the following:

• Salesforce:

  • Installing Filenize

  • Creation of Auth. Providers

  • Creation of Named & External Credentials

  • Providing a Permission Set to users

  • Configuration of Filenize:

  • Adding the Filenize Component to a Lightning Record Page

• Azure:

  • Creation of an App Registration

  • Creating a Secret Key

  • Providing API Permissions to the App

• SharePoint:

  • Access to SharePoint

  • Optionally have a Site

  • Optionally have a Subsite
