Filenize users with Filenize Admin permission can configure the managed package. The configuration screen shows a checklist of steps to perform before Filenize is ready for use. The following steps need to be done before any Filenize configuration can be done.
Assign the Salesforce Permissions to a user
Create your Named Credential
Select the Named Credential that users use to log in
Select the named credential that was created before
Select the Named Credential for your Sharepoint service user
Select the named credential that was (optionally) created before
SharePoint Instance
At least one SharePoint instance is required and is needed for any interaction with Filenize. This is to let Filenize know which site/subsite/document library to use. Simply pass the SharePoint instance identifier to the Lightning Component or Apex, and Filenize will do the rest. Each Salesforce org can have multiple SharePoint instances. Do you have multiple sites/subsites for different departments and only need to show the correct one in Salesforce? SharePoint instances can help with that.
