The installation and configuration of Filenize require a user with Salesforce admin access, Sharepoint access, and Azure admin access, during the installation you will be required to manage the following:

  • Salesforce

    • Installing a Managed Package

    • Creation of Auth. Providers

    • Creation of Named Credentials

    • Providing a Permission Set to users

    • Configuration of Filenize

    • Adding the Filenize Component to a Lightning Record Page

  • Azure

    • Creation of an App Registration

  • Sharepoint

    • Access to Sharepoint

    • Optionally have a Site

    • Optionally have a Subsite

Ensure that you have the minimum access available to perform the above. Each topic is documented in its installation pages.

The installation pages assume you’re configuring all settings with your own Salesforce/Azure/Sharepoint admin user. If this is not the case, provide this document to the necessary parties.
