Grant Login Access
One of our key points is making an application that is easy to use and easy to configure, however, with an application that contains integration with the flexibility for customers to extend their business processes, an error can happen. If you are not able to resolve the error using our Knowledge Base then we would like to assist and help you. Fortunately, Salesforce has an easy process where Managed Package creators are able to quickly look into the issue within your org and hopefully resolve the issue for you. This can be done using the Grant Login Access functionality.
We recommend activating this for a user who is the following:
A Salesforce admin
A Salesforce user with the Filenize user and Filenize admin permission
A Salesforce user that is already connected with SharePoint (obviously only if authentication is not the issue here)
Steps
First, click on your avatar on the top right in Salesforce. Then press “Settings”. This will open your personal settings page.
Then in the personal settings, select the “Grant Account Login Access”, after that choose an Access Duration for the line that says “Brightfox B.V. Support“. We recommend 3 days or one week (if before the weekend), you can always toggle it off after the fix is applied.
Once done. It’s important to notify us via info@filenize.eu about the change. We do not automatically get a notification about this change. Please also provide the following form. With everything filled in we are able to diagnose and resolve the issue faster.
Providing the information below can speed up the process enormously. Days of back and forth could turn into minutes.
The Organization ID: (you can find this under Setup > Company Information. This is the identifier we can search for only)
User providing Grant Login Access:
User that is experiencing an issue:
Issue description:
URL to the page that has the issue:
A confirmation if we are allowed to reproduce the error on your org: (Confirmed | Not Allowed)
A screenshot or short video showcasing the error (if possible make a screenshot of the whole browser, only showing the error might conceal additional context)
